Our fast growing company is currently hiring a new Business Manager to join the Head Office team !
You will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Your primary responsibility will be developing the business in finding new customer and doing account management activities. You willl constantly look for opportunities to develop and support the sales activities.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You will participate in the development of the Business, promoting the company, and building strong and lasting relationships with new clients.
Identify, research and engage decision makers within potential client businesses
Develop your pipeline by cold calling / mailing
You will manage a portfolio of current clients in order to maintain and develop further our services.
By managing portfolios of current clients and new ones you will develop a sustainable clients’ network.
You will gather their needs and requirements for theirs projects and find the best profiles to match with.
Be responsible for reporting, forecasting and all other operational sales processes.
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
Proven experience finding and generating new business
Someone who cannot just deliver the strategy but help to create it within a changing environment.
Commercial at heart, with a deep understanding of what will make the business successful
Ability to work with limited supervision, using own initiative to resolve problems
Strong interest or experience in capital market sector
